November Cards

It's that time of year when I start my Christmas cards. We'll make 4 cards, a gift bag (purse), and the box with a bow. These are very cute ideas to put your gift cards in for the holidays. These first two cards are so cute. We use the October stamp of the month (Very Merry Christmas) and the silver metalic tape, and the right card is from the Pear & Partridge card kit, with olive ribbon.

These next two are just so pretty and simple.

 This is the gift bag (purse) and a box with a bow. I love to show you how to make a bow using paper/cardstock so you can match your paper. You're box will not have chocolate nuggets but tissue paper so you can wrap your gift card in it.

Christmas Tray Workshop

This is will be my  December workshop - A Christmas Tray  for $25.00 which will include: the tray, particually cut Pear & Partridge Paper Packet, Pear & Partridge Complements Gliittery Rub-On's, Dimensional Elements In  Color-Holiday, some sparkles, and 5 Rosettes from our Rosette Ribbon.

Birthday Party

I just want to remind my customers and friends that Monday, October 22nd at 6:00pm will be my home gathering with Close To My Heart. I'm going to give away all the free product to one lucky person. For every $25.00 you purchase your name will go in a drawing and I'll call one person Monday night to get the free product. All outside sales count just incase you can't make it that night. Kit of the Month

This month is perfect for our Clementine paper pack, the colors are great using the saddle (brown), smoothie and twilight. We will be creating these on Tuesday Ocotober 16th at 6:00pm at my house cost is $15.00. If you would like a set of these please email me at kmauk@excel.net

November workshop will be using the Moonlight paper pack. Yes that is correct me doing Halloween layouts just for you ladies. There will be 4 layouts for November.

October Cards

What is in store for cards this week? We'll create these 5 cards. The top left we make the new yo-yos, the top right using an ink pad and no stamping, I'll show you how to make background paper then bottom middle this is the newest thing out there. You'll love making this card. Cost of the workshop is $6.00 or free if you place an order of $15.00 or more.

OK you all know this is not my favorite holiday coming up October 31st but I thought I would make a card anyway. You will use shaving cream with your reinkers for the background. We also will color with our markers again. No B&T paper on this one.

Then this one, what can I say - thank you pinterest. I got this idea off there, yes my cricut was working overtime to cut the scallop squares and the plain squares. We will use the Flirty paper kit for this. One card that can be used for many different occasions and it's easy. Another one you'll want to remake.

What a wonderful gift

I'm offering this as a workshop the end of October. What  wonderful Christmas present for someone, or a great way of preserving memories of a loved one you lost. Cost will be $30.00 and all you bring is your photos and adhesive, I'll give you the rest. I'll repost this again with more details. Just wanted to give you a peek.

This one is a close up of the top left corner of the tray. My photo is double matted with Remember is a sticker or you could us "family".

This is the bottom of the tray. I will give you the letter you wish. The journaling spot is if you wish to write something otherwise you could put another photo or a piece of paper in the spot. Yes we make two small roses out of paper for the second from the left portion. Let me know what you think.
